Account access
Sign in is handled through third-party identity providers such as Apple, Google, and Firebase Authentication.
This policy explains what information Plan & Play collects, how it is used, when it is shared, and what choices you have. Last updated March 15, 2026.
Sign in is handled through third-party identity providers such as Apple, Google, and Firebase Authentication.
We store the group, event, RSVP, announcement, profile, and invite data needed to run the product.
Location, notifications, widgets, weather, and calendar sync are used only when you enable or interact with those features.
We do not sell personal information and we do not run third-party advertising in the product.
Plan & Play is designed to coordinate groups, events, and attendance. We collect only the information needed to provide those workflows and support the app.
When you sign in, we receive account information from your chosen sign-in provider and Firebase Authentication. That can include your name, email address, profile image, provider identifier, and a stable account identifier used to keep your Plan & Play profile connected to your sign-in method.
When you use the product, we store the content you create or submit, such as groups, events, RSVPs, attendance, announcements, invite links, shared media you upload, profile details, and feedback or support messages you send to us.
If you join the waitlist or request launch updates on the marketing site, we collect the details you submit there, such as email address, organizer role, group size, platform interest, and campaign context.
Some Plan & Play features depend on device permissions or operational diagnostics. Those data points are optional or situational rather than required for every account.
If you use location-aware features, we may process location information you provide in events, map pins you choose, or device location permission data used to center maps or improve event location flows. We do not require continuous background location tracking for normal use.
If you enable reminders or push notifications, we may store notification preference settings and device push tokens so reminders or event updates can be delivered. If you subscribe to calendar feeds, we store calendar sync settings and tokens needed to generate or rotate your calendar subscription links.
We also collect limited device, network, crash, and client telemetry information to keep the service reliable, investigate failures, measure route performance, and improve product quality.
We use information to operate Plan & Play, keep your account signed in, show the right groups and events, process RSVPs, send announcements or reminders, support calendar subscriptions, and make organizer workflows function correctly.
We also use information to protect the service, debug crashes, respond to support requests, monitor product reliability, and communicate about launch access, feature availability, or important service updates.
We do not use your information to sell targeted advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
We share information only when necessary to run the product, comply with law, protect users, or complete a workflow you request.
Plan & Play relies on service providers for authentication, infrastructure, mapping, weather, push delivery, crash reporting, and operational support. Those providers may process information on our behalf as needed to perform their services.
If you choose a workflow that hands off context to a connected experience such as PB Rotator, the information needed for that handoff may be shared with that destination so the workflow can open correctly.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Plan & Play, our users, or the public.
We retain account and product data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain group history, support organizer workflows, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Waitlist and launch communication data is retained until it is no longer needed for launch operations or until you opt out. Crash logs, telemetry samples, and infrastructure logs may be retained for shorter periods based on operational need.
If you want your information deleted or need help with an account-level privacy request, contact us at the email address below. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
You can control many privacy-related settings directly in the product or on your device. For example, you can choose which sign-in provider to use, revoke location or notification permissions in device settings, manage calendar subscriptions, and opt out of waitlist emails through the unsubscribe path in those messages.
If you no longer want to use Plan & Play, you can stop using the service and contact us regarding account deletion or privacy requests.
Plan & Play is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves, new features launch, or legal requirements change. When we make material updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
